Steven that does the night shift drive through is awesome! I come through alot at night, he's always very respectful and has great customer service skills! Nice to know people still have great customer service skills! I had a bad experience at the McDonald's across the street, so I left and came to Burger mainly because I knew Steven would treat me with respect. Thanks Steven your hard work never goes unnoticed 😊

Stopped in on the run to use restroom and grab a coffee and sandwich . The bathroom was reasonably clean but had no towel dispenser . Many people , especially guys will use the restroom and not wash their hands . The hand dryer system may help the business being maintenance free , no waste basket to empty or towels to refill , but doesn't promote cleanliness in the food prep marketplace . Most people I talk to , and myself , will dry hands on their shirt , rather than wait the extra time for the dryer to work . Keep in mind that the people making and handling your food are using the same restroom . At least provide a towel to grab the doorknob when exiting . I didn't buy anything and went on my way . I don't need anything extra on my food . I'm sure the little sign telling employees to wash their hands is very effective on the teenage kids running the place .

Idk who the gentleman was who was taking orders and working the window around 630 to 7pm this evening, man he is awesome. He's the perfect example of customer service. I hope others can learn from him. Even the slightest things like when he was handing us our drinks , 3 large drinks with a cup carrier, he doubled up on the carrier. Small things like that. Thank you sir.
