I ordered a number 7 which is suppose to be two cheese burgers and fries. I get home and I have two roll with cheese on them and no burger and I ordered a sweet tea and they have unsweetened tea. This used to be the best McDonald’s in Harford county but they’re starting to be like the rest.

It takes to long for someone to take your order. They only want to take the customers in the drive thur. The service used to be great before they redid the McDonald's and the old manager transferred to another location. I do not like the new manager.

There were only two people working behind the counter. Waited at the drive thru for 5-10 minutes. It wasn’t moving so I went inside and stood in line for 5 minutes and no one was waiting on the line. I only saw two people. I left without buying anything. The Fallston store.

As always check your purchase before leaving, it seems there is always something missing, wrong food item, or someone else's food. Your chances with your order being correct is the same chance the McFlurry machine up and running.. good luck 🤞

The past 3 insances have been this way. Waited in the drive through line for over 10 mins just to get up to the speaker to try and decipher the employee mumbling things to me that are barely audable. Who hired these people? This location has gone way downhill in the past year.

After a very long wait in the drive through, received a 5 piece with no apple slices.

My friend and I went about a week ago. A worker named Daniel was going all out. He was moving so fast and did a great job.
We had a great lunch and we said "they should name this place McDaniel's!"

Sun 3/27/22 at 7:20pm the kid at the 2nd window not wearing a mask that was too worried about his hair and checking his phone, put his finger in his mouth then touched out food bag.. yet people wonder why we're still in this pandemic. Disgusting. Definitely not going back.
