Burger King

Literally could not function without their TV menu. I came in to order and two of their TVs were out for some reason. The associate had no idea how to provide a menu to me without the TV menu. There were no paper or laminated options. She had no idea how to give me the menu unless it was on that screen. She was unapologetic about it and told me to go through the drive-thru so I could see the menu rather than provide me with an alternative. At least print a copy of it for customers.

I like BK better than McD. But I am local and this location is painful. I have tried and tried to get them on a good day, but there just doesn't seem to be one. The fries taste like they were cooked a week before you order them. I have yet to order a drink that did not seem like a nasty play on whatever flavor of soda I ordered. Lastly it always seems that whoever is working is not only learning on their first day, but they are not aware that it is called "fast food"... Not "whenever food".

Why is it every time I come here I feel I have to fight with these people when I ask them for a fresh burger or fresh chicken nuggets? Half the time more than half the time I go and I wait the extra time for it and the food is still cold. I literally am sitting in front of the Burger King right now waiting a second time for food that's supposed to be fresh and when I came to the drive-thru window again for a second time the lady sat there and told me she just made it right now...but it was cold. obviously wasn't fresh. lame.

As a city local I hate to say this especially since I like BK but this order was just bad. I order the 2 for 12$ combo and a kids meal & 20 nuggets and the bread was cold and hard :/ the fry's were luke warm and mainly stale and the nuggets were nt even close to warm. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was bad enough to make me want to leave a negative review. Sorry guys.
