Mcdonald's

I would give MacDonald's a higher rating. It is fast foods, so it should be judged compared to other establishments of its same type. I checked off 4 stars, but I'd even rate it a little higher, 4.5 maybe? It is an efficient operation. The drive through is relatively packed. The quality of food is good. If you don't want burgers; you can have chicken; if you don't want meat, you can have a salad; you can mix and match. Picking something compatible to your own tastes and diet. You can get a dessert. There are several choices of beverage. The price is reasonable. The only reason I don't rate it a 5 is because I once got the wrong order. Didn't recognize until I had driven off. If I had returned they would probably have graciously exchanged, but I had gotten too far and had a timed destination.

Terrible customer service skills at this location. Not even a simple, "hi, how are you?" at the drive thru. Woman sounded aggreviated from the time we pulled up, and upon our arrival to pay at the window, there was barely any proper communication. One worker could be heard saying, "watch them complain," about either us or other customer(s). Relatively young women working, as well. A shame. Hope to see this McDonald's achieve a better staff in the near future.
