Bob Evans

It was greatful that I had time to squeeze in a great breakfast. I had the roast beef hash with a side bacon. Also , I had banana nut bread. All of it was very tasteful. The staff was super friendly. The hot was served fast and warm to our table. I even got to watch the snow flurries out the window. I will be going back for another visit.

Really lovely experience. This was our first time in this location and we were impressed with the cleanliness, quality of food and our server was super friendly as well. The menus were clean (sadly that does not happen often) and everything tasted delicious. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking possibilities. We will definitely come back when in the area!

Our server was great. Leah was very attentive. The food was very good. I had biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and a piece of French toast. The gravy kinda shocked me because of the color. It was brown instead of white. It was a bit salty but was still good. The tables were clean and everyone I saw wore a mask.

First time at this location and it was a good experience. I was greeted promptly when I entered and was seated quickly. I ordered coffee, country fried steak, hash browns, fried eggs with biscuits and sausage gravy. My waitress took the time to explain the breakdown of the menu. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and everything tasted really good. Of note was the perfectly cooked chicken fried steak and the sausage gravy, they both were perfect! My only complaint was the hash browns were cold. They still tasted fresh and had excellent flavor with a good combo of crunchy and soft potatoes so this is really just a minor complaint. My advice is to time the cooking a little better or find a way to keep everything hot. The coffee was good and 3 cups hit the spot. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Well done Bob Evans, I'd certainly eat here again.

Friendly welcoming staff and manager. Waitress service was okay, but it was a bit of a busy morning so I’m sure she was doing her best (she just didn’t see me and took other larger party’s orders that came in after me, was tucked in a corner I guess). My food came out quick! Ordered this country biscuit thing with sausage and covered in gravy and an egg medium done with home fries. Pretty good! Biscuit was only slightly dry but it balanced out well with all the gravy and egg.

My family and I recently purchased a Turkey Farmhouse Feast for Easter. It was such a great deal (tons of great food for 8 people at a very reasonable price). When my husband and I went to pick up the food, we were waited on promptly and the worker checking us out made sure we had each and every item in our box before we left. My whole family loved the Easter feast provided by the Fairview Heights Bob Evans!

I thought the waitress I had this morning was amazing. Bob Evans has some good food. The pancakes are my staple. I'd say the hashbrown are a bit too little imo & the cold brew is a bit too sweet for me but it's user preference. I'd go back though just for the waitress. They aren't paying her enough & I really regret not writing down her name to throw her more bones

We have always loved Bob Evans but this restaurant we will never go back to. We both ordered Steak and Shrimp. The steaks were tough, shrimp over cooked, my mom had sweet potatoes that were burnt and the biscuits were every hard on the outside. The waitresses brought our food to the table without our sides and asked for steak knives and it took for ever to get them. She asked if we wanted refills and didn't bring them. It was the worse experience we have ever had at any Bob Evans.
