Mcdonald's

Was a favorite until I went there with my wife who really struggles with food. The whole time they were making our order, they very loudly talked about how unhealthy and specific it is, calling the drink we ordered for her "Diabetes" over and over again. I was an iced caramel mocha with extra caramel. It's a normal drink. I wanted to take her to have a good day out because she's been struggling lately, and let me tell you, watching her sob in the car is not a fun experience.. (All of our sandwiches were like this😬 Ended up having to throw some away)

Went through drive thru and was treated to a sore sight. My fish sandwich was put together like a 2 year old did it. The tarter sauce in the bottom of the box. It was an absolute mess. A two yr old could have done better!!! And let's not talk about that quarter of a slice of cheese. Disappointed sad that there's no effort 😔

One of your workers Madi, is very disrespectful. We drove up to the window to simply pay for our food, and she decided to laugh at us while a guy was getting our receipt. It was very disrespectful. She is clearly very unhappy to be working there, she has a huge attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with her. Not sure why she’s working there if she doesn’t like it, i honestly don’t care if she doesn’t like it but the least she could do is be nice to the people putting money in her paycheck every week?

Strongly dislike this McD's. Went thru after work n paying bills offered some food n 2 drinks. The young gal handed me my drinks very rudely then they had no ice n the drinks where not full so my wife says something n the gal smarts off with sorry the pop machine does its own thing we cant do anything then goes n gets a manger then shoves 2 small drinks at me n I about wore them. Not very happy more training needs done or something.

McDonald's wait time is very high . You'll be in line for about 20 minutes. Fries are only good straight of of the fryer but you never get that. I was told the ice cream machine was broken but the person Infront of me was handed a cone. Ice cream is easy to make so I don't see why they would refuse it to me specifically. Crispy chicken is up there but Chick-fil-A and Popeyes are still on top. they had the best biscuits and gravy around but they took it away because of covid. (Former employee confirmed this is the reason) Washington still offers it, why can't we? Why would you take away one of your most popular breakfast items? Also, why is cheese extra on a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, every other bfast sandwich includes cheese

Every. Single. Time. I go to the Fairfield McDonald’s I ask for a Big Mac with no union because my stomach cannot handle them. And Every. Single. Time I get unions. And sometimes extra. And that’s not the only problem, every time I go there there’s this older lady that had nothing but attitude. We went and ordered and wanted to add something and she gave us a dirty look, sighed, and said “okay what is it?”. The most disrespectful service I’ve ever had.

Possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered a Carmel frappe in drive thru, paid at first window get handed a frappe only to be told "sorry we are out of Carmel"... okay so I already paid for something and you just hand me something else.. also every time they ask "would you like any sauce??" Actually means tell us what sauce you want and we will NEVER put it in the bag! Damn near EVERYTIME. You have to be handed your "order" and re-check it before driving off because the incompetence in this place is the only thing that is consistent. SLOWEST AND RUDEST service. Everytime. Also it's not the person taking your orders fault. Everytime time the receipt is exactly as order, right down to the sauces included...
