The management should probably choose other staff members for customer facing positions. I was a little worried about the sanitary conditions based on my interactions with the drive thru lady. Food was ok. Fries were fresh. Whopper patty had been cooked and sat for quite a while before we got it. Luke warm at best with a slice of non melted cheese.

Took almost 45 mins to get my food. I stood in the lobby for 15 mins before someobe said I could order. Apparently from the back ground banter, the guy cooking was on drugs and was having a hard time keeping up. The lady at the counter finally took my order though I had to repeat it over and over so she could finally hear me. 30 mins later my order was done I went outside with cold food since I checked while leaving. Disgusting, this bk is a no go avoid like the plague. Trust the reviews this place needs new staff and some cleaning.

Didn’t get all the food paid for and mistakenly trusted what’s in the bag was correct so didn’t look to check. Got home to find out that there wasn’t enough food to fed everybody cuz didn’t get all of what was ordered. Went back and they; did remake what wasn’t received first trip through. But took longer time than it should have plus all the extra gas wasted by having to come all the way back to their store to receive what was left out the bags..
