Dunkin'

Yismin and Lovely are absolutely fantastic! They're always super friendly and courteous and I’m always glad to see them. The manager and certain other coworkers are extremely distrusting and their attitudes towards their paying customers are horrendous. Edit: came back in to visit as this Dunkin was the most convenient for me. Attitudes have gotten a bit better, glad to see some care being given to customers.

They're pricing is different all over the place. I went today for a large iced tea, and the promo posted under the camera said $1.99. The menu reader board said $2.12, and when I got to the cashier to pay it was $2.65. I asked the woman, and she said she needed to change it but insisted she charged me correctly. It's only a few cents but terrible business practice to not honor your posted prices. I hope she gets out there and changes it soon before there are more reviews like mine. Thanks for the iced tea, but I'm going to the D&D on the other side of the highway for now on.

Rude, rude, rude! I told the guy to please put a little more of the mocha swirl in my ice coffee. Clearly he has no understand if the word little. The coffee was extremely sweet I couldn’t drink that! He then proceeded to argue with me claiming that I said one more. I never told him one more, I said a little bit. He was arguing and I just told him to just give me my money back. I was not rude to this man and it is his job to make the custome happy! I have to do it at my job whether they wrong or not! Horrible first time experience! He should not be taking orders. Very unpleasant little old man. He should be ashamed! He should be aging with grace. No example whatsoever.
