Dunkin'

I really don't go often but when I do everyone is pretty nice and the service has been quick. Until today that is. I placed an on line order through the drive thru, but when I arrived there were about 10 cars waiting, so I decided to walk in to pick up my order. The young lady I told about my order was very nice and handed me my order. When I told I her I placed a second order on the app she asked the other workers about it. And the lady making my coffee the coffee was rude and says. "Well she's just gonna have to wait, I'm making it no" first of all like I told her I wasn't rushing them with my coffee. I was just simply letting her know that I placed a second order. Second if you're not a morning person, work in the evenings. And last but not least, learn how to deal with costumers, if you don't like dealing with people then find another job. !!! Period. And if she was having a bad morning, like sometimes we all do, then she needs to check herself at the door before walking into work to deal with costumers.

I work near this establishment and before I had little things but it kept it to my self and kept going back. Until today when I asked for a ICED pumpkin coffee, after a 3 min wait here comes a HOT coffee. When I told the young lady I did not order that it seems like I was asking her to go run a mile. A gentleman comes to help and a coffee was quickly given to me with 3 pc of ice. I asked the gentleman to add more ice. Again no pumpkin in the coffee. This staff need to work on paying attention to details but further more my self and everyone at the office will take our business to another establishment. Way to freak it up guys.

Umm, Dunkin! What’s going on?… I ordered a everything bagel toasted with butter and half of it is burnt! The coffee is good, but I never ask for sweetener and they always put it in. The service was good but the food is ok. They aren’t always on point with your order. Almost always comes out wrong. I just go here for the convenience.
