Mcdonald's

I went through the drive thru today and purchased a drink and a couple more items. When they handed the soda to me it was hot and i asked for ice at that time i was informed that the ice machine was down so i proceeded to ask for a refund and was never offered anything it’s place when i asked for a cone in its place the manager said it would ruin their inventory and began yelling at the young man in the drive thru. I pulled around the building and asked her not to yell at the young man and she began to rant about how she is aggravated as well as overwhelmed. I then told her that it is very unprofessional to yell at an employee. I asked for her name and was denied by the manager whom turned her back of me as well as the African American standing next to her. If i could rate less i would. Shame on you guys for allowing people with these behaviors and attitudes to work for you.

Not sure what I expected from a McDonald's staff but I've never seen a more inept group of people in my entire life. My brother came in with a mobile order last night and they told him his order didn't come with drinks when they clearly did and provided proof. They proceeded to threaten to kick him out. This entire staff deserves to be fired. I've had countless upon countless issues going here and they never end. If you can't perform one of the easiest jobs on the planet, you need to start re-evaluating your life choices.

One of the better Mickey D's I've been to in a long time. New neighborhood for me. Kinda stopped eating mcdonalds as I feel the quality ( and time it takes to get your damn food) in pretty much all the stores in the city has declined. Just needed something on the fly One day and needed to just fill the spot. I've been back 3 times. A big Mac tastes like the old days. The fries are always hot and fresh. The kids love the nuggets ( in and around the city they are always overcooked or dry..here they are actually perfect). The workers are here are for the most part young kids but ALL have a great customer service spirit and super polite. If you crave it, this is where you go👍
