I’ve been coming to this Dickey’s for a couple of years now, and I absolutely love the food. I always order the beef brisket. I just wish they wouldn’t be so stingy with the sauces and only give me 1 set of BBQ sauce for a full meal. One sauce is not enough. Other than that I love Dickey’s.

The brisket was really dry and stringy. Not edible.
Went in at noon and place was dirty and some sides were not yet ready. The area where the soft serve is located had splatters and build-up food debris that was never cleaned. Restroom ran out of paper towels.
People are friendly though.

I ordered a 3 meat plate.
The meat was dry, I got 0 dinner rolls,
They didn’t even bother to call me to let me know, nor did they offer a substitute.
No bread At all and I ordered a half dozen more.
My waffle fries were stale and cold. You can tell they were the left over/what they had.
I get 1 sauce for my 3 meat plate,
I ordered a Caesar salad, they gave me RANCH FOR MY SALAD.........
Just. Waste of money, I had to just throw it away bought a pizza.
I’m NEVER buying from here again, I spend over $40 for garbage

We ate at the restaurant. The meat was cold. Bathrooms weren't clean. We politely asked for BBQ sauce because the self-serve container was empty. The worker responded with a negative attitude. The woman taking orders was great and friendly. We arrived home and we both were ill from the food. Possibly because the meat wasn't held at the correct temperature. I will never go back!

I have come to this place often and have always had a good experience. The ribs are tender, falling off the bone and the brisket is tasty. The only issue I still have with Dickey's, is their menu is confusing. Not sure if they are trying to make it look like they have more than they real do or what is the issue.

Good Service, CHECK. Good food, CHECK. Clean eating area, CHECK. Best FREE dessert for the family, DOUBLE CHECK! Creamy Spinach stuff was a bit too salty for my wife, but otherwise it was all good. Just a different taste for her I guess.
