Burger King

Need to find a place to waste your lunch time trying to order food? Well, look no further, this burger king is great at providing that service. No one in line but you, no customers inside to help, just you waiting at the drive-thru while the employees stand around either chatting it up with each other or on their phones. Or if there are other customers (like 3 cars in front of you) expect to be in that line for 30 mins. I don't know who runs this joint but they are doing an absolutely amazing job! Wasn't willing to try the "3rd times a charm" at this place so, I'd say go to In & out, they may have 30 cars in line but they get their line down faster than this place.

Unfortunately the employees here do not value their customers. I used to be a repeat customer putting up with unprofessionalism but today is the last straw. I've constantly asked them to toast the buns because truth be told the buns are ALWAYS COLD! Each time they give me a sarcastic remark that "they already are toasted". If I ask for something to add to the burger I have to repeat myself numerous times and I'm greeted with a smirk at the window. No thank you! I have to remind myself I'm not in Texas anymore! They would be advised to get pointers from What burger where you get what you want "Just like you like it"!Apparently here if you deter from the basics they freak out. You have lost a customer Burger King. Just annoying!!! oh and sick and tired of old saggy fries!

Very poor customer service!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a plain Whopper with cheese. Not a difficult order....or so I thought. I checked the burger before pulling away from the window, only to find it was not what I ordered. When I told the cashier it was not plain, all he said was that he told the person in the kitchen to make it plain. He took the burger back and said they would make me a new one. When I got the correct order back, he was not apologetic in any way. Who is managing this place? And who is hiring these incompetent people?? I will never return to this location again!!

Quick service. Food was hot and fresh. Order was placed online using an app. Arrived at the stated pick up time and food was ready. Service was excellent at this time. The rating I am giving is because at this particular store there is always a lack of items to order on the app or online. Most often the option is not available therefore, no food can be order nor an offer can be taken if you are online user/customer. If this location is not ready or not supporting technology it should be stated and or removed from the location options from the start up of the BK app. May be corporate can see this message and take action about it. Remember if the customer is not served then there will be no business for the owner (s). I know this is just one location that might be privately own but, the BK name is being affected badly.
