Pretty standard for a McDonald's. The reason for the low rating is they refused to allow me, a paying customer, to use their restroom. The young man at the counter said it was "For employees only". I thought businesses in CA aren't allowed to operate without working restrooms for their customers? Will probably not be going back there for that reason alone.

Food good service good. Restrooms are locked, just let them know and they turn the switch to open and they are so clean. This McDonald's is set up to have multiple parties like 4 areas where seating is enough for a party. Was quiet on a Friday morning, but busy.

Great quick service. Older location, have been going here since the early 80's. Took a star away because there's always a homeless person sitting in the drive through, sometimes right below the menu. Makes me feel bad ordering food while they're sitting there. I have mentioned it to staff multiple times and they don't do anything about it.

If you are going to have the interior open for dine-in & take-out, the restrooms need to be open for customers. It wasn’t possible to wash my hands before eating. Ooh.

Does get busy during peak meal times, but that's when the fries are freshest.

Went to this location via drive thru close to midnight because this place opens 24 hrs. Messed up our order. Didn't even greet or thank us. The staff who works here must be in a bad mood. Not returning to this location.

So I went to make an order on the drive thru, and out of no where a disrespectful female employee started yelling at a poor innocent homeless man where he was sitting next to the speaker. I'm sorry but I came from a church where I learn, "if you don't show love, your nothing."

This location is alright. I've gotten different level of service depending on the time of day. I went through the drive through before work and they didn't get part of my order right. What I wanted was correct on the receipt, just not the food.
