First time came this location but bad Coustmer service I attached picture front car already got his order but the guy on duty he talk to this car 10 min the big line wait in line but he don’t care and also he is not on drive through Window because the lady she is so nice and she is on window duty and i wait 10 min and he don’t care and talk to the car person . If he want to talk to the car person that long why he not going to parking lot i hate this location

This is a drive thru only location. The coffee tasted burnt and the milk was super hot...like so hot that I couldn't drink the damn latte for 10.min. milk should be heated to 160-170 degrees...this was 200 plus! The idiots inside need to know that if this spilled on me it could cause a serious injury. The taste is ruined when the milk is this hot...the coffee is already nasty...now add to that lava milk and you have a 1 star review.

This place was unorganized when it came to forfilling orders. My family and I decided to go here for in-dining breakfast. Took 15 mins to recieve lukewarm coffee, they rebrewed it, which took another 15 mins as they forgotten about it. My daughter’s drink was made well after 20 mins as we where leaving. They kept saying they were working on it, but they forfilled orders that came after ours. We complained several times, but there was no sense of urgency. Only one employee, named Seth, made everything right in the end.
