My everyday very favorite place for rotisserie chicken. Always good Always cooked right. Not an unfriendly staff member in the place and the store is as clean as you could ask for. Now if they could just do the half breast turkey more then 3 times a month that would be amazing. And they just might. My just be unlucky and miss them.

I’ve been shopping at this Raley’s for almost 8 years now, and they’ve always been very nice. However, today I had a problem with an item that was marked on sale. The manager was called and although he acknowledged that they had made a mistake he insisted I had to pay full price if I wanted it and was very rude about it. The cashier Ty was very nice but had no power to do anything about it. The customer service has gone down at this location, and you have to be very aware, so they don’t over charge you. Buyer beware!

“Assistant team lead” Carolyn was extremely rude and snippy. Went to turn in scratch off tickets, when she seen I had several she snipped at me saying she had to be watching the self check out area and she will only do a few at a time. Now I’m more than fine with that, it was in the way she spoke to me that I have an issue. She should have nicely said something like “just to let you know I have to assist customers in self check out so I’ll need to do a few at a time” and I would have more than understood but instead she talked to me like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe because I had to make her multitask. If it was that big of a deal, say you can’t do the tickets or ask for backup. I’m sure nothing will be said to her about her professionalism despite this review, which is disheartening. Do better ma’am, cuz I’m not the one and if I didn’t have my two toddlers with me I would have said something to you myself.

I am admittedly a Raley's fan--I frequent several of their locations throughout the region and I enjoy the products they carry and their prices--but I don't see myself returning to this location if I can help it.
We stopped here on a Sunday (after driving for about an hour thanks to an accident of the highway), and my wife and I were nearly bursting--we both urgently needed a restroom. We stopped here assuming a restroom would be easy to locate and use, but we could not have been more incorrect.
The signs for the public restroom are hidden, maybe even deliberately to discourage customer use--who knows. When we finally found them tucked away in the bowels of the store, obscured by stacks of pallets, huge pipes, and work carts, it was locked with a keypad (which isn't uncommon but come on). We rang the nearby bell and waited. A man was already waiting in line before us, and he looked beyond angry. The employee with the code took her sweet time to arrive, but we all looked at her with thanks like desert wanders being offered water. When I was finally able to use the toilet, nearly 20 minutes after our arrival because one of the restrooms was never vacated during our entire visit (somebody was violently vomiting inside), not only was the restroom disgustingly filthy, I almost didn't have enough time to undo my pants I had to go so badly.
Sure, lock your restrooms if you must, but at least clean them, mark them clearly, and give the code to someone with more urgency than a slug.

I don't know why this is but almost every time I'm helped by a male associate at self-checkout I experience some form of unprovoked, passive disrespect. It so rude and leaves me so confused. Everyone deserves respect but given the previous comments about how nice the associates are, it seems they're selective with who they present respect to. Personally and quite frankly, I think the white boys at the front need cognitive behavioral therapy.

I love this place but then one team member named JULIA who was handicapped was kind of rude and unpleasant. I needed help with paying because the system was acting up and she was talking so rude she made me feel stupid.. Respect pls!

I'm a frequent shopper at this Raleys. The staff are always friendly, and helpful. I have never had any problems with stock shortages. The meat, and produce areas are exceptional. The Seasonal, and Holiday aisles are a nice touch.
My only qualm is on busy, intense shopping times, lines do form at checkout, even with self-checkout available. More cashiers can be made to expedite customers check out.
Otherwise, a truly one-stop place for all your grocery needs.
