Five Guys

First time at this establishment in Fairfield. Music was incredibly loud so I couldn't really hear what the cashier was asking me when I was ordering. The AC was up too high for what the weather was outside (67). Hamburger was good and fries were hot and crispy. A large order of fries was a tall cup and some more in the bag, which I found weird. Just use a tall and a small cup instead of throwing them into the bottom of the bag. Probably won't go back. Bathrooms were clean and the locks worked on the stalls.

We stopped here for a delicious burger tonight. Tamarcus, he was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The other great team members are Julian, Junior, and Jeremiah who were so professional and friendly. Great group of employees tonight! We met and spoke with manager Audrey, great person to talk with, appreciates her team members, and speaks highly of her team mates, which demonstrates great leadership from management. Inside is very clean and each table I seen was cleaned...lol freshly washed. Enjoyed our visit.

Old, cold, hard fries! Placed order at 5.41 pm. Walked in 5 min later. Drove home 9 min. Fries were ice cold and hard!!! Called store at 6.05 after emptying the car. They had the nerve to tell me that the fries were fresh when I left the store!! I eat at 5 guys often. Love their fresh fries policy, shame this location does not take that seriously trying to save a buck with reused fries. This location which is new to me, Will never get another dime of my business.

First time trying five guys yesterday and from the moment I walked through the doors I had a good feeling about it. Rory was the cashier and she was patient and helpful when asking which friend she recommended. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added jalapeños, Veggie sandwich with cheese, medium fries, and the peanut butter shake. Every employee was absolutely cordial and helpful. They hired a great team. Went back to the room and dug right in. I had the veggie sandwich and it was soooo good. The cheese was melted and gooey that I couldn’t put it down. The fries, I’m glad I ordered a medium because as what I like to call it “a hook up” the fries overflowed inside the bag and is probably the best fries I’ve had at a burger place. His burger had fresh jalapeño not jarred and when I asked him (based on us watching the series 60 days in marathon) what his first meal would be out of jail he said “this” lol. And not to forget the shake! The peanut butter shake was soooo good it tastes like Reese’s pieces.

The Vacaville location is much faster, but that’s an extra 15-20min drive for me. A few days ago, i ordered through the app and when i got there i waited an extra 30min or so. (Everyone walking up to order at the counter got theirs first) When the app asked for feedback i let them know of what happened, so i received an email for a free meal…well great! Except, as you can tell from the picture, i sat there and waited for a long time again… the rush came and went, place was almost empty, the manager guy went on break and sat outside, great! I still didn’t have my meal, i don’t like complaining but maybe this will get someone’s attention. I’m not writing to get free food, I’d like to just get my order in a reasonable amount of time.
