Subway

Definitely one of the better Subway shops. Only one person was working when I went in, but she nailed it. She worked through the very large crowd quickly and professionally, never showing irritation at a slow request or a customer mistake, and there were a few of those. **Note to customers, if you DON'T want the guacamole on the chicken guacamole wrap, say so BEFORE the employee starts to put it on! Same goes for the points on your Subway cards! The rest of us don't want to have to wait while the only employee there voids it all out to fix YOUR mistake, hang up your phone and pay attention! She (the employee) remembered to switch out gloves at every money transaction, putting on clean pnes after, and kept the work area clear so if someone didn't want pickle juice or onion, they didn't get it on their food. Very clean workspace even though she was the only employee visible during the lunch rush. I give her 5 stars because she was amazing under that much pressure from all those customers and never once threw food at anyone or behhaved in an unprofessional manner. To corporate... Get this woman some assistance and a raise. She's definitely an asset to your company.
