Giving 5 stars for the manager Josh!
We came through the first time before we went to the movies and the girl who took our order was very rude and they forgot half of our stuff. So we called and told josh what happened and he told us to come back and they would remake everything for us, even though they were about to close. He was so friendly and kind and we appreciated that he wanted to make it right. Also appreciated the team working for staying a few extra minutes to make our food. Thank you!

I love this Wendy's the employees are always polite and through. They go above and beyond everytime even when I have a large order for corporate events.

Ordered tonight at the drive thru 2/24/22
A meal and a separate sandwich
They completely forgot the 2nd sandwich, and no receipt was given to me.
Hate to have to leave a low review but I had to share my lackluster and negligent experience

3 employees walked by, made eye contact, didn't say a word to my daughter or I. I was about to walk out when someone finally asked what we would like and they got the order wrong. Asked for a baked potato and got fries. Instead of bothering with the extremely rude staff I kept the fries. When I got up to leave I hear two male employees talking about me, look over and they were staring and didn't bother to look away when I looked over. My daughter wanted a frosty, I said we would have to get one at the Wendy's by our house because there was NO way I would ever go to that counter again. Horrible experience.

0900 and was told not open yet. But had a lady walk in and order food. And customers go through drive through and order food. Not understanding why I was not allowed to order.

Lady at the drive thru refuse to service my husband because he walked up , he's a truck driver and couldn't drive up! Shame on you lady how do you think you got the food to serve anyway? And by the way why isn't your dining area open to the public?? And don't give me that jibissh about the Corona virus either
