This man insisted that I didn’t place my order online and didn’t hit confirm lol. Only to then realize His printer ran out of paper. He asked me for my order three times and when I gave it to him he couldn’t understand or wasn’t listening. He was incredibly rude to me didn’t even apologize for making me wait for my order for over 30 minutes. All I had was an avocado toast. This man is completely incompetent and to top it all off he got mad at me instead of being polite and apologizing! He’s clearly in the wrong industry that’s not how we do business here. HE DOSENT CHANGE HIS GLOVES I noticed that while standing there for so LONG waiting for my order!! I’m kind of scared to eat my food it’s really disgusting!! I just left no point in arguing with this Man, i’m appalled by his behavior! after he eventually gave me my order I just snapped a picture and he said he didn’t care if I submitted a review online!

I ordered a medium cold brew this afternoon and the coffee is so bitter and not edible. My friend got the same. I ordered the same drink last week and I was in love with the taste. So I took my friend today with me but I was so embarrassed. Big mistake, I wonder why the taste is not consistent. Either the coffee is too old or someone has no idea how to make cold brew. Me and my friend had to discard the whole coffee. So disappointed with coffee and waste of money.

Doughnuts are always fresh and those doughnut holes are dangerous! Lines are long and I have consistency seen people waiting for picking orders while the orders are ready behind the icecream counter. This is not great service or good for business, franchisee can increase sales with better and faster service. Simply call out the names every few minutes for pickup orders. Use your IT team to develop an app for orders being picked up where people can check-in when they are in the store. I recommend doughnut lovers checkout the doughnut decoration kits for kids, I am going to bring them for my newphews and neices! The small kit contains 4 plain doughnuts, 3 tubs of sprinkles, and 3 flavors of frosting (strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate). Something fun for adults or children!
