We had my sons birthday party here at the Fairfax location! Roxana went above and beyond and exceed our expectations! My son and his friends had a wonderful time! Roxanna came and checked on us every 15 mins! We really enjoyed the service and my son and his friends had a blast will be definitely coming back!

Recently had my daughter's birthday party here and Leslie was awesome!! Very helpful from the moment we walked in. She went over the agenda for the party and verified our food orders. I would definitely recommend having your child's party here! Everything is taken care of that you pay for and you can always add things on if you need to. The manager also came over to ask how everything was going. Overall highly recommend this location, thank you Leslie and staff.

I've celebrated my kids b-days here for years, staff is always fun and helpful. Right now no wrist stamp is in use, but you take a group picture instead. Most COVID-19 restrictions are not active, like no mask is required but hand wash and Sanitizer use are suggested. Location is operating at full capacity right now. Chuck E. Makes "in person" appearances now in Fairfax compared to other locations in which only a video is played for the kids.

This adventure started from a normal trip to the US, we went to see landmarks and then got hungry. My friend offered to try going to chuck e cheese. It seemed normal at first, the food was relatively good. The entertainers were pretty fun although a bit creepy. The weird things started happening when one of my friends went to the bathroom. A while has passed but we were still waiting and were worried so went to check it out. when we came we saw them asleep on the toilet! We tried waking them up but then also fell asleep, and woke up in the middle of the night in the kitchen. The lights were out and we heard weird screeching somewhere. We stood up and carefully walked to the sound to see what it was. The terrifying sight shocked us, it was one of the animatronics cleaning off blood from the floor. We had to try quietly sneaking past them cause they were the only way to the door. One of our friends slipped and we had no choice other than leaving them behind. Me and my friend ran to the exit and shut the door, we seemed to have escaped the danger. The next day we went to here to try to find our friend and we found him eating a pizza at one of the tables. It was like nothing has happened, they seemed normal and completely fine. We agreed to never bring this up again between us. Overall it was a bit scary and the food was mediocre so id give 3 stars at most.

Ok so first let me start my review by saying I drove from Charlottesville. Second I don’t like being treated like a weird person. I am a adult who loves children & loves children’s games. Sometime I like to go to arcades and different places. When I came to this Chuck E. Cheese in Fairfax, I was playing games and a parent of a child approached me because I said hello to their child and asked the child if they want to play a game with me, since I’m playing alone. The parent was angry and called me “creepy” (which I am not!) and they said get out of here- To stay away from their kid! I told the employee, they said I can stay. But I felt so bad after that, I decided to leave. In my home country(Korea) I could go to arcades and play with random kids without a problem. But in America, they are so suspicious of you. And they treat you like a weirdo. I hope people who read this will know not every adult is weird, some adults just want to have fun playing children’s games.
