Poor Service I won’t be back to this Dunkin Donuts again because they can’t cook the food right the Donuts looks like it was bitten

I got the new chocolate stout cold brew. I had it before at a place in New Hampshire and it was delicious. I got it here and it took me a couple sips to realize but it was loaded with syrup. I didn't even know this drink had syrup in it. When I went back inside and said that I couldn't even drink it or any other drink because it was so sweet and I just wanted my money back, the gentleman gave me a hard time. I asked multiple times my money back and he would not give it to me. Finally he agreed but then a customer came up behind me and he told me to please wait until he takes all the customers. I had already been going back and forth with him for a good 5 minutes I didn't have any more time to wait so I walked out. If you get the cold brew ask for one pump of syrup because it is discusting with all the syrup in it.

Go somewhere else, this dunkin always messes up my order, like seriously, it's a simple vanilla latte and they always give me either coffee or something else. The employees don't seem to care about getting it right. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I prefer my hot chocolate without hunks of metal in it , I think it's the nozzle from the machine , worst Dunks in the area .

I am so Happy that to Dunkin'Donuts Near me Because it was Awesome! good Day Me and & my Girl Friend have so much together the foods was Delicious and We Enjoyed everything. The place was Cleaned and smell okay. Thanks DD Perks!

Hello there I Recently Visited Dunkin' Donut to buy me some 2 Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Croissant. With a Medium ice coffee mocha. I am very Happy to say that Everything was Awesome.I Liked everything about this place. Very Fast Service movement and Restrooms were Cleaned and smell fine. Thank you DD Perks!

This store is run by trash I ordered on the go. I got there and no coffee I go to the register and politely ask where is my coffee to which I was responded by a less than pleasant whitelady. I showed my ORDER HISTORY where already paid for stuff lives. They kept wanting me to submit again per owner Omar ! why would I pay twice. it ended with him yelling at me and not giving me any info or my coffee. asked for the corporate number he said go Google it ! worst ever
