Chuck E. Cheese

My family just celebrated my daughter Violet 6, birthday 3/19/2022 at this Chucky Cheese location in Everett. The staff that attended us for the party was not friendly and not truthful. She didn't know anything about my party reservation package and was asking me about my package. I showed her my email confirmation on my phone. She didn't check on her end or ask anyone. I had a party for 5 kids but I only had four. She came out with for game cards only! If I'm paying for five, why am I getting 4 card cards? My kids wanted dip and dots ice cream, she confirmed that they had only regular chocolate or vanilla ice cream only. A server who was attending a large group who were having their party too, the server was coming out with dip n dots, and the person who was helping us had lied. The service we got was poor and un friendly 😪. When Chucky came out the staff was dead and didn't sing or dance with Chucky. Like wow, we paid our money and got crummy service. I m thinking on my daughter 7th birthday we'll spend our money at Legoland. My child did have fun but it could have been better.

we love this location, it’s in a close east area to access. have they always done the stamps when you walk in ? i really like that, for safety. it’s kept pretty tidy. the employees are usually really kind and helpful. realistically not every machine will work every single time but it’s definitely disappointing when your favs don’t work. luckily there’s other games. they have cool rechargeable watches as a option in addition to the cards. it’s cool because the kids are excited to wear it. so they’re less likely to use it.

We had such a great time, we stayed a little longer! We got the minute card which is so worth it, I love that idea! You can choose the length of time for a certain amount. We also got the snack sampler, which was just right and pretty good. We ate it all. The games were fun, and the crowd was great, a good amount of families having fun. We miss Chuck E., when is he coming back???

This is a very good place on where to go for games like these. Here at Chuck E. Cheese's. (Where A Kid Can Be A Kid) And, the games give a lot of tickets. But, one thing that's even more fun, is this. You have to catch tickets from being thrown everywhere from Chuck E. Cheese And that's pretty fun and cool. Very fun place to go to.
