I have to say, Cold Cut Factory is great. All sliced right there to order, his soup whether it be chicken noodle, chicken escarole or just escarole is amazing. And the portion sizes are big too, on either small or large. His home made bread is also delicious to dip in the soup. And I dont know where everyone is saying he is mean. I have never had a bad encounter with this man. He was even great for bringing in my son. He said it's rare, now a days he barely sees children.

The Italian Sub is on another level. The Cold Cuts are amazing have never had anything comparable in Everett. Only place I’d go for a cold cut sub.

This place is the best for almost any kind of sub you would like. Everything is very fresh. He makes his own bread, his own pizza and the BEST soup. And he gives you a piece of this great bread with s & p on it to go with your soup. Pretty sure he makes other things as well.
He doesn't make soup in the summer, so I hope he's starting to make it now.
I am going to try this week to get some.

The Subs seem to be a little expensive but the quality is very good. No credit/debit cards accepted...strictly cash. The owner is only person behind the counter. All business..very clean shop.

Tried Cold Cut Factory today based on reviews and the sandwiches are the TRUTH. Best Italian sub i have eaten in years. That said, I find the service and the editorial habits of the owner to be off-putting. No masking, no gloves, just complete disregard for the current environment. Will spend my money elsewhere.

The bread is a little tough. The owner is not very helpful even when I said it was my first time. Political stuff and posters name calling the other party just aren’t my idea of a restaurant. The sub was good but not great. The service was gruff at best. When I wanted to add peppers, he crumpled up the whole order instead of just writing down peppers. Just a bad attitude. Maybe because we were new.

This place is one of the best Cold Cut Sandwich shops on the East Coast. I'm not kidding it's that good. He packs his sandwiches and subs with 2x as much meat (the good stuff) than your average sub shop. Once you hit this place up once that's all it takes then you'll be a regular,... A+ Soups, A+ Subs, A+ Cold Cuts, A+ pizza/calzones, top notch quality across the board for a reasonable price
