Good customer service and the food was edible enough. The teriyaki sauce was very sweet and the salad was pre-sauced.
I personally wouldn’t go back. I like to sauce my own foods especially my salads and I don’t like watery sweet teriyaki sauce.

I love this place. I've been going there for about 10 yrs. The owners are friendly as well as their family. This is basically the only teriyaki place I go to. They need their own building instead of being in the mall.The teriyaki sandwiches are good and the plates are so full it last me all day.

I had a great experience at teriyaki Express, gyoza was cooked perfect, ribs were tasty and cooked perfectly not dry or raw. The teriyaki sauce is not thick but flavorful. Great overall experience.

Went here for lunch last week expecting one row of chicken teriyaki and some rice with the other part of the to go container to be filled with salad. I was happily surprised when I got my chicken teriyaki that the entire box was filled with rice and more than two rows of chicken with extra sauce. It was super moist and delicious on top of the large portion. It also came with a great salad in another container. Way exceeded my expectations!

General Tao chicken was from a bag in freezer, she used her bare hand to pull it out and drop in fryer. Gyoza was in bag in freezer she used her hand to pull from bag and drop in fryer. Sauce and rice were good but I was super not happy with the frozen food. Teriyaki chicken was great.

I have been coming here for years! At least as far back as I can remember. The food is always great, the staff is amazing! I love that they recognize me and my whole family for that matter and when we walk up we instantly are all smiling! I've never had any issues and I have seen other people who have had an issue they resolve it quickly and to all satisfaction. My favorite is the chicken salad and I also love the chicken sandwich with a small drink, can't go wrong with anything on the menu tho!

DO NOT choose this as your place to eat during your lunch breaks or whatever because you're easily waiting for like 15-20 mins for your order. Otherwise the food is good though 🤷♂️
