Firehouse Subs

Great food, exceptional service & the location is perfect. I ordered the Italian for my Love medium and it was so delicious and the perfect size. The N.Y. steamer was amazing and reminded me of a lot of delis back on the east coast & Midwest that I'm accustomed to. The lack of 5 stars has to do with the mobile online ordering option - I completely finished everything but couldn't pay for the food - so I had to call the location and pay when I picked up the food.

First time here, we ordered for pickup online through their system. We are big fans of gourmet subs and they were phenomenal!! I’m normally a tuna or BLT person, since they didn’t have either option online, I went with the Club in a Sub. Holy hell, their ham is the best I’ve ever had. The mustard was superb. I absolutely LOVED the cardboard clamshell containers. I didn’t have to wrassle with unwrapping a goopy paper mess! The bread is THE BEST. So fresh, light, delicious. Even though the sub was hot, the bread didn’t tear up the roof of my mouth! One thing they need to improve on (share this with your IT person) is that when you change the sandwich size, it apparently deletes all your modifications for the sandwich. I spent time changing cheese, wanting extra Mayo, adding sautéed peppers and onions, no raw onions, only to get the regular menu item. I originally had a medium in my cart, last minute I changed it to a large and I guess it reset all the mods. Bummer.

The sandwich’s were great but not for the price. With too many sandwiches places competing with each other you’re always looking for the next best thing and you know that everything isn’t for everyone and people are very picky about what they eat. I didn’t get the bang for my buck so I’ll stick to what I know but thanks for the experience 😊
