I love ordering delivery from this location. Always punctual with a great attitude the staff always seems happy to see me. This was my first time ordering since the menu change and that gave me some trouble finding my favorite menu item this time. I did enjoy the new kickin ranch immensely and look forward to consuming unhealthy amounts of it in the future.

Good Day Jimmy John's Team, I wanted to take a moment and write about few experiences I've had at your location. I've come into the Everett area now more often then less. With that I have been taken care of by Steve. Steve brings great service each and every time. Food is typical of the JJ franchise which was fine, however the girl at the register didn't listen to my order correctly, so I had to run my card a second time to make up the difference and be charged the taxes twice to get the meal. Whatever happened to if the business messed up then you got it free? Will never return to a JJ again. Subway is just as good for what you are getting.

These guys are amazing! I ordered and sometimes I talk fast and he didn’t hear me add a soda and I mentioned to the driver that my drink was missing . They were going to drive all the way back over here to bring me my drink It’s just a drink so I called the store and say do you know no worries there’s no need to drive all the way all the way over here for just that and then later look at my receipt and I don’t see it on my ticket so I haven’t been charged . I am enjoying my food and a knock comes to my door and it’s the driver he went to ampm to get me a soda . This was beyond kind and they will continue to have my business! Thanks guys

I live 2.7 miles from store they refused to deliver due to being .point7 miles to far. In a time when covid has restaurants desperately needing business, they might at least try. Went to erwins cheese steak instead That place is sooooo friken good. (Will never go to jimmy john's again) support your local businesses who actually want your business
