Mcdonald's

Went through the drive thru to get a quick dinner, of course the dining room was closed. Person taking our order was very rude. Ordered $32 worth of food, got it home & 2 of our burgers were completely inedible, due to not being cooked. Good thing we waited until we got home to eat instead of eating in our dark car. We would have gotten sick, not being able to see that it wasn’t cooked properly. Will not be back.

Literally sitting for over 20 minutes... I walked in to talk to the manager to ask about my order... he looked very confused and literally just walked away and started handing other people food without saying a word to me. It was so unexpected it felt like I was on Impractical Jokers. So I left to go back to my car, trying to decide if i just need to leave... 5 minutes later, someone came out and handed me food.

Ordered 2 mcdoubles and 2 small fries there was a girl in there complaining and repicking up food that was wrong yesterday and her and the manager was fighting cause it was made wrong again and told her that was all they were doing. My fricking order I checked before I left after hearing her out and I opened my Mcdoubles and right before my eyes I could of went off but I was nice and said to the manager ok hey I don't mean to interrupt but it was left without the main product. There were no beef patties on them I was at that point getting very disappointed because instead of fresh ones after them handled my food again threw patties on and handed them back to me. Now that is discust . I decided I need to always fix my own food McDonalds haz been getting our orders wrong thru the drive thru so I thought it would be better going in but that's wrong. That's the 2nd time this has happened to me I didn't know until we got home with them heated in microwave like you always have to bit in and no meat They always want you to come back really with the price of gas it should be right the first time with all the workers that's there just for the money nothing to do with pleasing customers now days... Not such a personal friend anymore. Very poor and unsatisfied customer Happened Wed. May 26th when lunch kicked in fresh too...

The MANAGER who "served" us was very rude and unfriendly. I believe his name was Ira or something like that. The nuggets I received were, hands down, the worst nuggets I've ever eaten. I would recommend driving the 7-8 minutes to either the Main Street or St. Joseph stores if you are dead set on McDonald's. It'll be cheaper there anyway
