Wings Etc.

Food is great. Service ranges from so-so to fantastic. They have had fantastic servers and then we have had the rudest little girls working the front counter that I've ever experienced at any other fast food restaurant LOL We had decided we were never going to go back after the last rude employee we experienced(we actually walked out!)but their tenderloin sandwiches are so good, we gave it another try and it didn't disappoint! I ALSO did happen to leave my wallet in the restaurant this last time. When I called the next day they told me that they didn't have it. After driving to the restaurant and talking to the general manager, we were able to track my wallet down from another employee who had put it in a safe spot the night before. It was only due to the lack of communication that they thought my wallet wasn't there. The manager called us right away to let us know that they found it and when I got there all of my money and my cards were still inside! This is a great little place to have some good food and watch some sports on their many televisions. Our servers have always been fantastic and honestly I think it's due to the age and the immaturity of some of the young kids working that can put a bad taste in your mouth. Sometimes kids just don't know any better and hopefully they will learn with experience. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot!

Normally, I receive pretty good service and food here, but after our last experience we won't be returning. My wife is allergic to dairy, and upon receiving a salad with cheese that I confirmed on our order was requested with no cheese, I requested a refund for the salad. The first person I spoke with told me there was very short with me and said there was no note that said no cheese (I have the receipt for proof that it did), then she told me they would not give me a refund. I spoke to her manager and she told me she would have to get approval from her boss and I'd receive a call the next day. The next day came and went, so I called back, explained the situation, and the person I spoke with then told me the manager I talked to the previous time was the only person that could make those approvals. I had that person leave a note for the manager to call me and I've never been contacted since. All of this for a $5 salad.

I have to take partial blame for my issue. I ordered on line and mistakenly did not put in the pick up time that I would arrive. I had already paid online and did not see a way to edit my pick up time. I tried calling by phone and received a busy signal for more than 20 minutes Needless to say I did not enjoy cold food when I got home with it 35 minutes later.I politely mentioned to the ladies at the counter what happened. They said it is a common problem with their phones. There was another couple that overheard me and said they had the same issue and decided to give up trying to call and came in to order carryout. I hope calling attention to this situation will be of value to the management here because I can't help but wonder how much revenue was lost on a Friday night.
