Arby's

The staff here was amazingly friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and ready in a timely manner. We ate inside, and the lobby was clean and well stocked. I was very impressed with this location, and while I don't live on the west side, I will keep this location in mind for sure when I find myself on this side of town.

Asked for 1 sandwich without cheese as (I'm highly allergic) and a fry and employee immediately shouted "5 minute wait for that" before I could even finish my sentence. Said that was okay and when I got my food they didn't give or ask me what I wanted for sauces, cheese was on sandwich AND fries, bacon wasn't cooked all the way so I had to pick it off so I wouldn't risk getting food poison, and forgot the tomatoes. Employees were just messing around until people showed up and were mad that people ordered food. They probably just fired all their good employees when the pandemic hit and hired whatever they could get. Wouldn't recommend to anyone epically those allergic to cheese.
