Be nice to McDonald's staff, no matter the service, food, or your mood. These people deserve 20 an hour minimum, that's all. Also, this location always has a working ice cream machine!!!!!

This location has the lowest and awful customer service. I waited for someone to take my order but instead she yelled at me saying "you need to put your order in at the kiosk." The kiosks were down/out of service. Never coming back. It's happened to me several times.

Today 6/20/2022 at around 3:00 AM i went to get some food from this McDonald’s The cashier told me on the speaker he does not accept credit card and cash only so I said OK i have cash although I didn’t like it then when I proceeded to the window the cashier refused to give me a receipt! and immediately i start thinking the cashier is stealing money from the owner of this location so I paid for food cash with no receipt when I left I called 911 reported to the Evanston police and I was told you need to speak to the owner of this Location the police cannot intervene The complaint has to come from the owners of this location… so for the owner of this location reading this check your night crew At that time and date above they are selling food for cash at your restaurant.. The interaction with the cashier was recorded on my end

This is a training location for the area. They cycle threw new hires so nobody ever knows what there doing. Your order will be wrong, guaranteed.
There is a competently run location just south on Howard, and further West down Dempster.
Stay away from this spot.

Always has an excuse for NO MORE mocha frappes. But when you go to Skokie they have them all day. Or they say at the Evanston location the macine is not working. Worst Mc donalds. I have heard an employee cussing about the customers outside. N

This Mcdonalds is pretty decent. They are usually quick, they have good service and rarely mess up orders! Clean as well!

Came to pick up a mobile order. There were no employees in the restaurant, but the lobby door was unlocked. Supposed to be open 24hrs.

Service sometimes is a little slow in the morning. I have had to go in and get my food after waiting from placing a drive-thru order.
