Subway

The staff is awesome and quick and the store is always bright and inviting. I'm assuming they are open for dining in because they have tables and chairs set up. The only problem I see with the dining room area is the way you line up to order would suck for the people at tables because you'd be standing next to the people eating while you wait. I would change that around.

I have to explain this...im very particular about where I eat...my it starts from the moment I walk in the door... the cleanliness of the store, the appearance of the server, etc. With that being said, this is one of the cleanest subways I have ever visited...then one day I was in the store & saw something that made me sick on my stomach...at night they sandwich makers break things down...they remove the white cutting board to clean the metal underneath, where all the "stuff" falls...I saw a sandwich maker drop a scoop of guacamole on the unclean metal...after she finished making the sandwich, she scooped the dropped portion up off the unclean metal an put it back in with the guacamole to be served to the next customer....WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT... 🤢 I'm done

Made my first order online and i thought i requested for my bun to be toasted. Ask if i could have my bun toasted and the workers gave me a ridiculous hard time. Doesnt direct me properly on how to cancel online nor give me the headquarters phone number so i could request a refund because i purchased two sandwiches and only left with one. Didnt feel welcomed afterwards when they could’ve just remade the sandwich and all of that for a toasted bun. Poor customer service
