Avis sur Panda Express

The workers here are incredibly lazy. I hope a manager sees this. The cashier had to take care of an entire line, meaning that I waited about 20 minutes in a short line, despite there being 2 workers with nothing to do standing in the back. By the time I got up to the front, the items I wanted to order were nearly run out, or completely gone. I could see the 2 cooks in the back laughing and playing on their phones and I had to ask them to make more chow mein (I don't work there...). I ended up not getting everything I wanted, and when I complained about the wait, the staff member snapped back at me that I "chose" to wait. Pretty bad service for employees being paid $17 an hour.

Here to answer some questions about the other reviews: 1) Please check the location before leaving a bad review. This Panda Express doesn't have drive-through. 2) Some employees aren't going to know how to perfectly use the register. They train on the job. 3) If in the last half hour less than $50 is made, the location may close early. 4) Regardless of how much food is made for lunch/dinner rush, food will run out. There is no other place to put hot food other than on the serving line.
