I've been in all the dunking donuts in the fort myers area...and this is by far my favorite...anthony and his co-worker are great people they make all their customers laugh and smile..i look forward to seeing them most days out the week..amd majority of the customers feel the same way I do...very hard working people...they need a promotion and mangers positions...they are a great asset to the company and need more recognition for their work done at the store day in and day out

What can you say about Dunkin? The best coffee, and donuts that remind you of going with your folks for donuts and a glad of milk when you were a kid. Love it.

This Dunkin always gets my order correct, the people at the window are ALWAYS nice, and I have had only great experiences at this location. The only thing I'd like to see are napkins in my bag, but thats it! Everything else is great!

Yesterday I came in and had a coupon for a large iced cappuccino. I wanted a double glazed donut but they were out. It was near noon. The worker gave me a few chocolate glazed munchkins for free! He had no idea how much he saved me. I was on my way to work, needed food, and as silly and it sounds....they're the only donuts I liked! It was extremely nice not to charge me on top or the coupon. This is what brings people back giving you more money, than the free donuts. Bravo. The gentleman was young and had longer, blonde hair. He even confirmed if i wanted flavor in my cappuccino. Which I did and totally spaced, so I then said yes! He really saved my day. It isnt just about the free donuts. Also. this was from the buy a large iced coffee prize. Estero runs THIS dunkin.

The morning employees are phenomenal!!! There's this one lady that is always in a great mood always positive and keeps everyone entertained with her lively personality even if there's a long line! It's good to have that kind of spirit especially in the morning!
