Duck Donuts

First timer. Employee asked if I was ever at Duck Donuts before. I said no so she explained how the donuts are made fresh and then topped with whatever toppings you chose. Great tasting donuts with unique topping creations on the menu. They are made fresh so don't get confused if you walk in and dont see a case full of donuts. They aren't cheap but the quality is there so I didnt mind paying more. I have one suggestion. Put a piece of wax paper under the donuts in the box. By the time I got home and we started to eat them they were all stuck to the box and broke apart when trying to pick them up....minor gripe but thought I would share it to improve the experience.

We visited them for my birthday last year and while the inside is small, they were able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The donuts are fresh and made to order and the topping combinations seem endless. We even had difficulty trying to decide which ones to order since they all looked so yummy. Wishing we didn't live so far away from them but we make sure to stop in when we are in the Estero area.

This was my first time going to a Duck Donuts and it certainly won't be my last. Super friendly customer service and delicious donuts. I like that these are regular sized donuts and not enormous, it allows you to try a variety. The girl at the counter recommended the French toast one and it did not disappoint. I couldn't believe how much it tasted French toast. The maple bacon was another standout for sure. I noticed they also have donut breakfast sandwiches which I will have to be back to try for sure. I also have to shout out the owner and staff for awesome they were. My boyfriend and I brought our dog and of course he couldn't go inside because it's a food establishment, so the owner brought him out a big bowl of ice water. It's a small gesture, but it goes a long way.

Delicious and so much fun! We’d visited Duck Donuts in OBX and I’d always wanted to take the kids back when they were older. We had so much fun ordering various concoctions and also enjoyed looking through the menu for ideas. Watching the donuts be made is always a great and of course we had a blast trying out everything! Don’t make the mistake of buying only one donut. It’s too fun to sample all the different varieties. Also, give the maple bacon a try. I wouldn’t on our last vacation and I did this time. It’s really good and I’m ridiculous for not trying it at my first opportunity. When else will you get to try a donut with bacon on it?! My two favorites- 1) vanilla frosting with coconut and raspberry drizzle 2) maple frosting with bacon and salted caramel drizzle

My wife and I were vacationing nearby when we decided to go shopping one morning. We decided we wanted a quick bite to eat and stumbled across Duck Donuts. I was skeptical about the a la carte-style menu but I was pleasantly surprised by how good our donuts were. I wish we had a Duck Donuts in Louisville. I highly recommend.
