Burger King

There is never a time when they don’t rush me out of the drive through to wait up front by the double doors, everytime I turn the corner multiple cars are waiting not just me. The only rush out of the drive thru is so their timer probably doesn’t go off but they’re definitely super super slow location and make you wait out front for the food after going through the drive thru. I’m really starting to dislike this location.

Very poor service pattie cold bread fell apart red meat horrible looked like blood clots asked the manager and said that the burners were out it's like why even continue to sell if the burners aren't working fine 🥺 shame on you and fountain drink out of ice and fountain empty just two selection of drinks it's like wow really trash cans full of trash over flowing tables needed wipe downs also sorry to post this but come on really you've lost a customer I know lose one and you get more but been coming here for over 30 yrs and for this to run down like this 😕

I love Burger King but the timing this evening was very disappointing. I understand it's late but why is there no one taking care of the restaurant. I passed through the drive through to grab my father in-law and I some food after a long day of packing. Pretty excited actually and I almost gave up but knew this wasn't right. 11:23 and no answer, drove by the window and waited, and no one. I then proceeded to drive by the front and as I expected I saw employees. So I gave a honk and drove around again. The person in in front of me this time around had the same issue as I did. They tried to order, no luck so they drove by the front window. Guess what, no help. So they left. I stayed on my course and was persistent to gain someone's attention. It wasn't that long but it was 10 minutes of waiting to place my order. I hope management reads this as well as corporate. I know if my team behaved in this manner, I would definitely make the necessary changes so that my business does not lose a customer or leave a sour taste in their mouth.
