The cashier was horrible. I wrote an email to the corporate office because he snatched money out of my daughter's hand today and I was with her. Do not let your unsupervised children go into this store! Who knows how they will be treated!

From next door: I am very disappointed with the new ownership of the 7-11 on Country Club. I see a lot of the same faces there and it felt like a community corner store. Several times I have witnesses the new female owner(confirmed her position with employees) yelling and being incredibly rude to her employees. It is managed horribly now and it really shows. She is also dismissive with customers. I don’t really care about how she treats me but such aggression with employees is unacceptable. I will find a new store to visit.

This place is commiting fraud to all its customers they are charging sales tax 4 times normal if you purchase a couple things you won't notice, buy 1 item and you can tell .

Web says they are open but the guy behind the counter had locked the doors and just looked at me when I tried to enter.

Gave one Star cause me and my husband walked here to get snacks and I looked online and it said that they were open 24 hours and I got there and they were just closing. They close at 11 pm now. Thanks for the damn heads up 7-11

Busy local spot, especially before and after work. Love the staff, and keeps shelves stocked. The parking lot is a little awkward as is the ingress and egress.

1/18/17 @ 12:25. I bought what I needed, BUT, how the male cashier handled the non-white customers is offensive. He needs to learn some manners, like how to appropriately greet customers, and welcome them. He should also be trained on diversity, and learn what his culture is so he can learn what similarities he has with others, like acceptable and expected customer service. He should also know that when you says "you waiting" doesn't mean come here I can check you out. Especially when he walks away after saying it, leaving a customer hanging. He also smart off to customers when they ask him if he's ready after witnessing him saying and doing disrespectful stuff to customers, He needs help. I can drive to VONS, this store is not worth my contribution.

Close to my house and they have a little bit of everything. It is very clean but no public restroom which would be nice. Other than that, I have always had good service!
