Owner is really stingy about selling a small plastic bag of ice for this hot weather despite customers situation on money. Asked to buy a bag to pour some ice from machine and refused service.

This store constantly screws up 7-Eleven delivery orders. The last two times I ordered 7-Eleven delivery this store has failed to properly prepare the correct items for delivery. Extremely unhappy with this service.

Hopefully now that they are no longer affiliated with 711, they will get the ability back to load prepaid cards and accept EBT payments again. That was a huge selling point for shopping at this store. Overall place is clean and easy to access but those were the main reasons I shopped here regularly.

I work late nights. I can understand not having food on the warmers but the guy never wants to nuke a pizza. It's been a long time since he has. Today he mentioned what for there are some in the freezer for sale. Guess I need to start going somewhere else for my snacks.

The homeless population congregate around the front door and are use the place to pick out victims, often arguing with customers, trying to draw them around the corner by the trash can to beat and rob people. The staff is very rude and need a lesson in customer service.

I have now gone into the 7-11 on West Valley Parkway in Escondido twice and was sold expired milk. The first time was about a month ago and was a whole gallon and now it happened again today. My 4 year old son just drank expired milk (chocolate TruMoo) that was purchased today with a expiration date of 04/29/2019. He has a stomachache from doing so!! This is not ok! The first time I managed to see it after opening and this time my 4 year old told me it smelled really bad which made me check the date. I am not happy about this. Not to mention I was charged twice and told to relax when I called about that. I sent my mother in law in there the last time to return the expired milk and the guy yelled at her. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at any 7-11. Something needs to happen. I spoke to Jasmine today and she told me she can’t help me at all and that I would have to wait for her manager, Lupita to be in on Monday morning at 6 am to speak with her. So frustrating and disgusting.
