Jack In The Box

I give it 1 star because Soda wasn't flat (and I can't give 0). I tried it one more time before I give this review. I ordered the sourdough jack like I always do. The fries were barely warm at best, making me wonder how long they had been sitting there. Kinda mushy too as if they were never cooked all the way through. Heck, the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted and it was cold....I mean cold in the middle. I literally just threw away the entire meal when I got home. It is "always" like this and sad to say I will certainly not eat here anymore. Are all Jack in the Boxes like this, or just this location?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through the drive-thru this morning and got a sandwich with a bite already take out of it! I had to call multiple times in an attempt to reach a manager, when someone finally answered they didn’t take any ownership. Said the manager wasn’t in and kept cutting me off as I tried to explain my sandwich situation. His response was “well none of the employees eat in the kitchen.” 🤬😑 Long story short, I had to threaten to call the city inspector to get any sort of accountability. During a WORLDLY pandemic I don’t understand how this is acceptable at all! You can clearly see the bite in the bread and chicken. NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN!
