Worst mimosas I ever had. They're like 80/20. 80%orange juice and 20% champagne. You're basically paying $12.99 for orange juice. Any other place that has bottomless mimosas give you a 8-12oz glass of champagne with a 4oz glass of juice on the side. Also....the waiters were just standing around. Not even checking. I would have to get up my seat to ask for more bottomless. 🙄 Next time just tip me for being my own runner. 1 star for trying. Do better next time please. Unsatisfied

Mikki's is a quaint little place tucked in the corner of the Ross/Big Lots shopping center. The food and service was pretty good. Hence, the two stars. When I got the check, I noticed they charged me $3 for coffee. Except we never ordered coffee. When I asked about it, I was told that the charge was because they don't allow outside items. We ordered hot water. My girl can only drink a certain coffee. No other place has had an issue with it. They told me it's due to covid. I said " you know it's illegal to charge for water, in California, unless it's bottled"? They didn't budge. I paid it and didn't make a scene this time. Too bad they lost future business over an illegal 3 dollars.

Mikki's is my go to spot in Escondido and has been for years. Some of my favorite breakfast dishes in town. I really enjoy their Colorado omelet right after my gym session. Packed with sausage, beef, and veggies..mmmmm..topped with their house made salsa. My wife enjoys their ABC omelet and the Veggie omelet with the addition of bacon and avocado. Our family has been coming for years and will continue to enjoy the great food here Greg and his family, Maribel, Liz and Agapita continue to serve. When I was there the other day, it occurred to me that this was the hangout spot for many locals and it reminded me of the show Cheers. Lol. Really did. Love it. I'll be there for breakfast this morning right after the gym and I already know what I'll be ordering today.

Came in to use the restroom first before I ordered, the server behind the counter said it was for customers only, I said okay after I use the restroom. She said that I had to order first and was asking me to look at the menu. I said I will after I use the restroom so I proceeded to the restroom. Next thing you know there was a loud knock by another woman on the door and she was shouting that the restroom was for customers only. So I stopped using the restroom and told the woman what the fudge are you doing. She called me an fudge hole and told me to get the fudge out of there and that I was unwelcome. They acted like a customer doesn’t use the restroom first before ordering. Very unwelcoming and rude. I am a 100% disabled veteran and was treated like a vagrant.
