I ordered online so I could pick up my order promptly. I checked in 5 minutes before I went in the store because that's how long they said it would take. Once I got in there they hadn't started yet. And I had to wait 10 more minutes. Not sure why they have online ordering if they're not going to get the food ready. It's not like they were busy there was no one else in line I walked right up to the counter. That being said the girl at the counter was nice and the order was accurate

So I went there last night drive 25 minutes, they gave me the wrong food, I call to complain and they offer a comp for the correct food. My wife goes there today another 25 mins there and back and they say pull up we know your order. She drives 25 mins home, guess what??? The food wasn't even close to being right again. So now she's gotta drive another 25 minutes back once again. Like how hard is it to take down a order or train your employees right??? If you want your order messed up and your time wasted go to this location. My second experience there since my awful last one, we just went again and again the got all our food wrong and omg look at the size of this dry excuse grilled chicken sandwich, my sons chicken nuggets are the same size. This place needs to be shut down! Awful service and employees and 99% of your order will be wrong CHECK YOUR ORDEE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Late night Friday visit. Mic at the order speaker didn't work? Female order taker couldn't of been less enthusiastic taking my order at the first window, I must of upset trying to buy food because she didn't enter my request and I got the incorrect food. The food didn't taste 2 hours old, which was surprising.
