Taco Bell

This is a BAG of 4 $5 Taco Boxes From Taco Bell on Peach street... Minus One Box I had to dig in for and drop Off on my way home.. When the guy handed me the BAG of food I said where are the boxes. He then said I thought it would be easier to put in a bag..I said what would posesa you to bag 4 Boxes of food in a bag, shook my head and drove off I already been waiting a while. I then call and nothing but ignorance and no one wants to give their name!!

Not a good experience on our recent trip to this taco bell. The food was thrown together; literally spilled out in the bag, and barely warm. Cheezy roll ups were practically cold and empty shells. The famiky and I returned to the restaurant to have our order corrected and were greeted by someone who clearly had no sense of customer service. Ordered the spicy tostada and got only God knows what?! I included a picture to show the original and the one they re did for us.Oh yeah and no napkins, seriously even after returning to get the food order right and specifically requesting napkins we still got no napkins,,,no napkin Taco Bell. It is quite clear they don't care. I could blame it on the current global pandemic but apparently they were giving the same horrible service 7 mos ago.

Long wait. Quesadilla was folded in half and shoved into a small sandwich bag, stuck to bag. Normally good service here, must be short staffed and out of quesadilla wrappers? What is their thought on no napkin for takeout??? Every time I go here it's the same, have to hold up the line to get a napkin.

sat in the drive through for so long waiting for someone to take my order i had cars behind me yelling at me to order even tho i was ready and there was at least 4 workers inside, you can easily run a store on 4 people.. i used to work at taco bell and run a fast paced drive through time on 3 people. got my STEAK burrito in my box and it had beef in it, if you didn’t have steak why didn’t you say anything? asked for hot and mild only got mild sauce. was a terrible experience and has gone down hill within the past year.

The food is decent; however the newer menu items implemented late last year consist of a rather disappointing selection and overpriced as well. ON a brighter note, their $1 dollar menu still holds its weight especially at 1:00am. (Just as a side note question to marketing/management: Who decided it was a good idea to value your regular soft taco at such a high price?) Please revisit your strategy behind this, and believe me when I say that many other customers feel similarly perplexed and "ripped off". Thank you for any considerations given on my behalf.
