I rarely choose pizza hut but when I ordered from them couple days back, I made my mind up that I would never ever choose them going forward. It was around 45 mins after I ordered when I noticed that the tracker was showing that the pizza was not in the oven. So I called them up to check what is going on and they said they would send my order (pizza and wings) once delivery guys are available. Then the tracker was updated immediately to show that it was in the oven. Then about an hour later I checked the tracker to see what is going on (its been an hour and 45 mins since I ordered) and it still showed in the oven. Had to call them again and they said the delivery guy is about to leave the store with the first delivery being mine (5 mins drive to my house per Google Maps) and they didn’t show up for the next 35 mins. By the time the pizza arrived, people were frustrated at home and when we sat down to eat, we found burnt toppings on the pizza. Check out the picture. The chicken wings were just okay. I will never ever order from pizza hut again although the app was quite convenient to use.

So when we walked in we were completely ignored for about 5 minutes. YET, THERE WAS NOBODY THERE! They had 3 carry out orders that all said READY! When we were finally seated, the lady with weird eyebrows was really rude and seemed to not even care about what we wanted. Our cheese sticks took 45 minutes to get to us! We already had our main course by then! The food was WAY TOO greasy. We didn’t have silverware and nobody came to check on us and see if we were enjoying our food. We saw people waiting for their carry out and they waited for a good 20 minutes. This is a terrible Pizza Hut and the lady with the weird eyebrows needs to be fired!

East 38th street Pizza Hut is amazing! Their wings are delicious. I have ordered there for years. When they had to close, I ordered from Buffalo rd and it wasn’t the same. My pizza was burnt! Anyhow, the new manager Marco gives GREAT customer service and makes any customer want to return. Thank you Marco for all you do for your Pizza Hut store! God Bless....

I wasn’t happy with my order, we got 2 med pizzas and an order of bread sticks. The pan pizza had little to no cheese on it which is always disappointing. It was also not the crispy crust i had expected after seeing the commercial. The thin crust pizza was good, but the breadsticks were so caked with the garlic powder mix they were not good at all. We had to scrap it off before we ate it. It saddens me that this was once America’s favorite pizza, but after all the recipe changes it was a pretty bland pizza. I think you need to go back to the original 90’S recipe and make a comeback.

I absolutely LOVE this Pizza Hut! We almost always order online and my wife picks the pizza up on her way home. I do the specials and love the $10.00 large pizza special. The greens and veggies are fresh and very well placed on the pizza, just enough and not too much. The crust is (thin crust) cooked flawlessly. It's always ready on time and the slices are cut symmetrically, so you won't have your kids fighting over the largest piece. I definitely will continue to get my pizza there and am extremely happy with the professionalism of the counter personnel as well as the competency of those preparing the pizza. You can't go wrong here! A+++

So I wanted to order the first book deal that includes 2 LG pies with 3 toppings and bread sticks that I saw on the website. So I called and asked about it and the guy who answered had zero idea what I was talking about and refused to price match THEIR OWN WEB PRICES! I was told to order online. So I did. Went to pick it up and they only made one pizza and breadsticks. Had to wait over 20 mins for my second pizza I made it all the way home and realized they made 2 of the same pizzas (it had banana peppers on it and I ordered another for my children.)! So I called and asked to speak to a manager. I told him the situation and he never once apologized or said anything in that regard. I asked for my pizza that I had originally ordered and he acted like I was asking for my complete refund or something. I had to spell out every detail once again to make sure he understood that I needed another pizza made to complete my order. He reluctantly agreed. So I went to pick up my pizza and there were about 8 other customers sitting waiting for correction for their orders! And not to mention when I got there I had to re-explain the whole story to the ACTUAL MANAGER because the person on the phone who said he was the manager was in fact NOT! First time I have been to this pizza hut because they have been closed forever. I will be calling corporate on Monday. The attitude for their mistakes was uncalled for and there was no offer of compensation for my time and frustration.
