Wendy's

I have been waiting now for 25 minutes for this location to take my order. Despite that the lobby states it is to be open, it is not. There have only been 6 people in line this entire time not one person has moved yet. I am a frequent Wendy’s customer but service has gone right downhill and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere permanently. I probably eat here 3-4 times a week so the loss is probably in the 1500 to 2000 range for the store. Not a single apology. Not a single reason. 30 minutes of my life I will never get back and am still awaiting my order to be taken.

We ordered through Google. When we got to the drive thru they said they didn't have our order. We showed them our order was accepted and paid. They looked at our order, put it through the system and told us to pull forward and wait. We waited 45 minutes, still no food. We pulled around AGAIN. They not only ignored us but turned the lights off. Every. Single. One. Of them needs fired.

I will never go back there again, my nuggets and French fries were cold,my son's meal was cold and his burger wasn't even cooked. We were in line for over a hour and he said they had only two people working. When l got up to the window l counted 6 people in there. Service sucked,and l will say anything good about Wendy's. It's a shame WENDY'S was my favorite food place to eat at. Not anymore!!!!!☹☹☹☹☹

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Got robbed for my money and lied to about my issue. Never felt more disrespected in my life. Manager stood by as her employee went on a tirade. This kid was doing a bunch of yelling and threatening me with the police in front of my child. Had this dude caught me 5 years ago it would have went down a different way and I would have been labeled the bad guy but I guess he needed that little bit of money so I hope that helped him out.

Ordered food today 3/11/2022. They did not deliver my root beer or chocolate frosty that I ordered and paid for. Their store hung up on me twice and didn't actually greet me on the phone (just answered and hung up). The link for the door dash driver that delivered the food would not load or let me review. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a paying customer. Their app also would not let me live chat- it'll say I'm #1 in line and then not bring up anybody to chat.
