$17 for two cups of corn chowder. Probably the worst soup I've ever had there; one of the worst anywhere! Should have just stuck with something I'd tried before. The only good thing was the friendly young lady at the drive up window; I appreciated her & her big smile.

Told the worker I was apart of the unlimited sip club, he said no problem and didn’t ask me for my phone number but charged me for the drink, I asked to be refunded because I have never been charged, the manager came to the window and blamed me for not giving them my phone number. I’m sorry how am I supposed to know what the workers put in the computer for the unlimited sips? Not friendly, you will not see me at that Panera again

Took a short break here for some dinner on my way to Cleveland. This place was empty on a Friday night. Service was good and helpful. Food was good. Ordered the pick two 1)Chicken Caesar salad and 2)Tuscan chicken sandwich. They were good except the sandwich was a little plain. Overall it was a good rest stop.

Not my best Panera experience. Food was great but I wasn't aware the items I ordered came with a side and was not given a choice. They automatically have us all baguettes.
In years of going to Panera I've never not been asked if I want chips, an apple or bread till now. I'll definitely be back, I just know to ask about the side at this location.

coffee is so very inconsistant but overall most of the time too weak. Also almost always sold out of kitchen sink cookies.

I went to Panera this morning and asked for the Bakers Dozen with Cream Cheese. The cashier helping me was very kind and when I asked for plates and napkins (I am in a wedding and didn’t want to stop at another store) she provided them to me with a smile on her face. My receipt said her name was Bethany. She was great! Good job! And the bagels are delicious as always. :)

It's expensive, yes. But I've never gotten anything that tasted bad here. Now that I have the gotten the bad out of the way: this food is yummy. The rewards program is easy to use (similar to Starbucks but you get rewards more often), the egg whites are fluffy and the chive and onion cream cheese spread is amazing.
