I urge all customers to stay clear of this establishment and to go elsewhere for Chinese food. I ordered two chicken dishes (General Tso's and Kung Pao Chicken) for $26 off uber eats and one of the Kung Pao Chicken turned out to be completely spoilt. I took one bite and felt sick to my stomach. It had a strong odor, the chicken was rubbery, and it was gray in color. After talking to the owner about my concerns she first denied that I had ordered there and then stated that I should call uber if I had any issue with their food. From their end, the management was very unprofessional and did not show even an ounce of respect, concern, or courtesy for their customers. This is the place to go if you want spoilt Chinese food, to be told its your problem, and then to be rudely hung up on. Do yourself and your health a favor and take your business to one of Erie's many other safe and more professional restaurants. It could possibly save you and your family an upset stomach or food poisoning.They should be reported to the Food Health Department.

10-25-21 Ordered a small chicken with broccoli and got home to find barely any chicken and 12 pieces of broccoli jammed in the dish.. i called to figure out the problem and they were very rude screaming in the phone and unwilling to listen. Finally when she did answer it was the worst answer ever and i quote " sometimes when we make this dish it gets a little or a lot of chicken and today you get little" horrible. Golden wok is hands down the best and way more professional

Horrible! Everything seemed fine at first, even though our food was cold when we got it and my boyfriend’s chicken was dry and old tasting, until I wake up the next morning throwing up uncontrollably until 9 o clock that night. Literally throwing up every 15 to 20 minutes for 12 hours. Come to find out I got food poisoning! When we called to tell them about our experience they just offered us more food! Just all together a horrible restaurant. We will never be ordering from them again and I warn you to take caution when ordering for here.

I have been ordering from Fortune Garden for the last ten years and until today never had a bad experience or food. The new people there are rude and the food has went downhill. The female employee seemed agitated when I asked for vegetable fried rice (for $1 more, as I don't eat pork) when I ordered my lunch special. I went to pick up my food and as there was a short wait, I asked to add cream cheese wontons to my order. I told her I didn't eat pork but when I sat down to eat there was a bag of pork wontons. When I called to tell them, she argued with me that I had ordered pork wontons. Say less. She just lost them a long time customer. Bad enough my order was wrong but she was very rude. I'll spend my money by elsewhere
