Customer service was terrible. Went to order to go after getting off work at 9 pm. Ordered the bourbon street steak and tried to order the crispy chicken salad, and was told that that salad didn't exist even though I pointed to it on the menu. The cashier says to my face that its their oriental salad....So I just get the steak to go. I ordered my steak med rare. I got home and my steak was RAW!!! Not only that, the cut of meat was the worst I've ever seen in my life. Just a big piece of muscle....

Was visiting Erie for vacation and stopped in for something to eat before going to campground approximately 10:20 pm. They happen to close at 11 pm on a Friday night which I found odd but we decided to eat there since we weren't ordering anything big. We ordered our food and a few margaritas and everything seemed fine until we asked for another margarita. They responded with attitude because it was getting close to closing. Mean while they admitted new customers in to sit and then hurried them to order and go because it was 20 mins til close. Very unprofessional.

I took my son there tonight ( west 12th street location) to celebrate another award he got in school. He picked the place. The food was overall good, but the service was atrocious! Angelina is her name. She didn't know how to ring in the right drink; wasn't welcoming at all; had to repeat myself multiple times because she kept walking away when I tried to talk. At the time there was only our table and 2 others in her section. Wait times for the drinks and the bowl of soup were bad. I'm in the restaurant business myself and she would have gotten an enormous tip. Quit your job! I'll never, ever go back

Never again! I ordered mid afternoon from Door Dash app for take out. I requested pick up for 5:35-5:45. Text at 4:41 that they picked up order. The receipt on the bag says order done 4:37. Who wants dinner that’s sat on a shelf for AN HOUR? What is the use of scheduling a time if you aren’t going to adhere to it? Stone cold fish and inedible fries. Will never go back.

Was their this past Sunday 1/23/2020. The cooks used way to much salt on the fries and burger. Burger also had pink in the meat I asked for it to be fully cooked through "no pink". Just a suggestion to tell your cooks when it comes to Salt That Less Is More. If the costumer wants more salt on their food they can simply use the salt shaker on their table. 2stars for way to much salt used on food. They are going to throw a diabetic into shock or send someone with high blood pressure to the hospital. Over all the food was definitely unsatisfying. The waitress was great so I didn't fell the need to complain to her and was told the management was busy even though their were only like 20 costumers in the restaurant at the time.
