I guess it depends on which crew you get and if your getting chicken or fish. Very hit & miss, 1 day good, next day bad. Doesn't help when the mgr is outside on his cellphone during the lunch rush then goes back inside to his little office & shuts the door while the 1 cook and 1 counter person are slammed.

I don’t know how long this Manager has been Manager but she was very rude! I was simply picking up a Togo order from the start she looked at me crazy when I walked in because I didn’t know the lobby was closed the employees forgot to lock the doors I guess I honestly don’t know why the lobby has to be closed in the first place as much employees they had back there but the whole time I was waiting on this order that was already ready just had to be bagged up she steadily complained about the doors not being locked only had two cars in the drive thru but still complaining like it was just that hard to give me the Togo order it was literally just me in the lobby Being management I was shocked at how rude she was now I see why employees don’t care to do anything because they learn from what they see they better management !

Service use to be impeccable pre-covid,but as recent as 5/17/22 it was trash. No one wants to take pride in their work or services that they provide, which they asked to do when they applied for the job. If you prepare a 70 something dollar order then by God you don't come up short on anything. Then when your challenged on it, you get attitude then salty looks like you did something wrong. If you don't have something on the menu then say that before you do the order. Come on people, ther has to some accountability somewhere don't you think. I could go on but it's safe to say we won't be going back. Shame!!!

Placed online order, had a car ahead of me which was a long waiting time, finally made it to window she ask me I told her I had an online order after 10 minutes she coming back telling me to drive around and wait for fries. After more waiting someone coming out to bring the package however forgot the tea. I told her she tolling her eyes!!! Specially in a small town service should be better!!!

Best tasting fried chicken in Ennis. However they ran out of everything all the time. I don’t know how they can be out of all chicken at 12 pm and ask me to wait 15 min for chicken, it’s like a toco stand running out of tacos, a Chinese restaurant running out of Chinese food, or a burger king running out of burgers.
