y i watched a customer who was in a foul mood treat one of your employees - Sean - terrible! She complained about the amount of meat, never responded to his attempt to engage her in conversation, and basically tried to shut him down in every way! Sean kept a wonderful smile on his face, treated her great, and never let it get to him! Thought you would want to know what a great employee he is!

This place was horrible I have gone to the subway a couple times every time I go there there is a red-headed manager lady that's working and she is so rude and so mean and something is always wrong with my sandwich and I don't figure it out until after I leave. I call back and she never cares or wants to fix the issue. I gave the place another chance went back today two problems called she wants to do absolutely nothing about the issue. that is really really bad customer service when you have people at a business that don't want to help you fix the issue in some way that they did especially if it's a manager and it's horrible when you go somewhere that's a Hospitality business and the people there are rude the manager. I would recommend not going to the subway go to the subway down the road or the subway in Solana Beach both of those are excellent.

Stayed at a hotel on the otherside of the freeway and didn't think I was going to make it there in time before they closed, so I called and asked if I could possibly make it there in time and the employee by the name of Tracey took my order over the phone and had everything ready when I walked in the door. She didn't have to do that, she could've said their closed. Thank You
