Pros: beautiful setting, 🌊aesthetically appealing decor with outdoor seating, take home coffee and merch available. Staff usually very friendly and accommodating (I requested a drink remake and it was done speedily)
Cons: high prices and long lines. 😬
I don’t go to Better Buzz for a daily coffee, but for a delicious-fancy-coffee-treat, it’s hard to do better than Better Buzz’ Best Drink EVER! ☕️

No wonder this modern coffee house has 12 locations in SoCal - they have great food and drink, the ambiance and decor is casual and inviting, and the staff are super friendly.
I ordered and absolutely loved the Feta Avocado toast, the Pink Dragon Smoothie, Caprese Sandwich and Matcha Tea.

Staff are always super friendly and excellent at greetings.
We came Halloween morning and service was fast and drinks were delish.
Lots of great people that frequent there. We met lots of friendly pets and gracious happy customers while waiting for our drinks.
They have excellent avocado toast and açaí bowls I’ve had in previous trips.
Highly recommend!

There was not much choice in food, but the turkey pesto sandwich was good. However, they didn't accept large bills,they did not offer soft drink, and did not seem to have a good attitude.

Usually love it here - had poor experience with gal taking order - uncommonly aggressive - supervisor was helpful but a bit of the problem -
Lavender black tea buzz is great - try other locations instead for great service 👍🏽

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ve HAD ENOUGH OF THE WORSE SERVICE. The owner needs to hire new staff. Tall blonde chick with tattoos on her arms was taking my order and it looks like she hates her job. I feel my race is a huge reason why I get bad service. won’t go back due to the poor customer service skills. I will never come back.
