Burger King

I ordered 2 croissan'wiches. One bacon and one sausage. Very simple order. First set was cold. So I went back in and ASKED for FRESH sandwiches and was given old meat and old cheese. (See pictures..) I get it, no one wants to work fast food, but seriously? Have some pride in your work. So disgusted.... Probably won't go back to that location even though it's the closest. Burger King needs to demand better quality from its associates and food.

This is the worst burger King ever. They are too lazy to change the menu. I can't believe that anyone would go here. At 9 am I'm sorry we haven't changed our menu. Umm ok how do I know what to order 🤔😳? I'll pass I'm going to the 1 across from the court house. I can't believe this is even still open. The 10 minutes we were there there Noone else pulled in. They should close it down.

First off it took 10 mins to take my order, I was the only person in entire line, Then it take an additional 15 mins to get my food ...and I ordered 2 bacon double cheese burgers...and got singles bacon cheese burgers. Every person. At this location including Management should be fired. I'm gonna give the local Health inspector come check this place out , if service is that bad ...I can only imagine hiw bad it really is.

The look of the drive thru you have to dodge pot holes in their parking lot. Nice service and good prices though! 2nd time I went though drive thru tonight at 11 pm and they forgot onion rings and told me to pull around to give me order one person ahead of me. Pot hole no more and first onion ring had a hair in it, and they forgot to put them in my order so I drove back around and upgraded my onion ring to a medium (with a hair in it). Supposed to have cheeseburgers and came out as burgers without cheese. I used to work fast food and we always made sure orders were done right! Overall 6 out of 10 at this location. Girl was real nice and no receipt!!!! Calling to complain! Called that night and phone just keeps ringing. I guess they don't want to hear me complain!! :)

food seems microwaved. outdoor intercom is non operative. staff do no give receipts probably due to bad surveys. if you see cars in this drive thru it is because everywhere else has long lines. if the franchise owner reaches out to you about any problems do not waste your time. they do not ever respond to anything.

I was here on Feb. 11 around 9:30 pm, the staff was awesome and my food was great. I should also note that I was driving an old Saab that suddenly had an issue with the alternator and stalled in the drive thru; it was a snowy night and they helped me get my car to a safe place for them and I. If I could give a $100,000 tip to the people working at the BK that night, I would. Right after helping me park my car they took my order and gave me the freshest and best fast food meal I have ever eaten. I should note, the dining room and restrooms were immaculate.

Had the most amazing experience here. The women who worked Tuesday 9-18-18 morning at 9am in the drive threw is an asset to your company. She made sure my food was fresh and was so sweet! She deserves a raise @burger king! I wish I got her name. She even made me fresh coffee. I will be back and the staff is a 10/10. Very friendly and pleasant. Thanks for the wonderful breakfast!
